Appreciate the fact that there’s not another single person like you.
Your presence and existence is not an accident but a God-given opportunity to make the world a better place.
We are not measured by our position but by our contribution to society.
Do not allow what can’t do dictate what you can be on a daily basis.
3. Humour is the best medicine
Learn to laugh especially at yourself.
Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemicals.
Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can even help to relieve pain.

4. Resist the temptation
